About the Role
This role blends technical leadership, architectural ownership, and active development. You will be accountable for delivery quality across all development domains while supporting platform growth and the launch of new brands.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage the local engineering team, serving as the primary technical authority
• Own backend architecture and ensure tight integration between frontend and backend
• Drive the migration from vendor-managed systems to in-house development
• Plan and execute agile development cycles with reliable, predictable delivery
• Work closely with product, operations, and business stakeholders
• Oversee development of core iGaming platform components, including wallets, bonuses, CRM logic, and affiliate systems
• Ensure scalability, performance, and security across a multi-brand environment
• Mentor engineers and establish engineering best practices, coding standards, and documentation
• Remain hands-on with development, particularly for critical features and architectural decisions
Technical Environment
• Backend: Node.js, Express.js
• Database: PostgreSQL
• Frontend: React (SPA-based admin and platform interfaces)
• Infrastructure & DevOps: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines
• Architecture: Modular, scalable, multi-tenant platform
Requirements

· 5+ years of professional software development experience
· Strong hands-on expertise with Node.js and PostgreSQL
· 2+ years of experience leading technical teams
· Solid understanding of React-based frontend development and frontend/backend integration
· Proven iGaming experience, including:
o Bonus and promotion systems
o Wallet and payment flows
o Affiliate tracking and attribution
o CRM and player lifecycle logic
· Experience with modern DevOps workflows and CI/CD pipelines
· Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
· Strong communication and leadership skills
· Availability to work on-site (leadership role)
