About the Role
We are an online media company launching a new marketing operation from scratch, and we’re looking for a senior, hands-on Marketing Lead to own it end-to-end.
This role starts as a one-person show with full responsibility for strategy, execution, infrastructure, and performance. Over time, you will build and lead a marketing team, defining processes, roles, and scale.
This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys building, owning, and growing.
What you’ll do
Build and lead the company’s marketing activity from the ground up
Own the full marketing lifecycle: strategy, execution, budget, and performance
Plan, launch, and manage performance campaigns across relevant channels
Design and implement marketing infrastructure: tracking, analytics, tools, and workflows
Translate business goals into scalable marketing strategies
Test, optimize, and scale campaigns based on data and performance
Hire, mentor, and manage the marketing team as the operation grows
Work closely with management and other stakeholders to align marketing with business objectives
Requirements
7+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong performance and digital background
Proven experience building marketing operations from scratch or leading early-stage growth
Strong hands-on experience managing campaigns, budgets, and marketing infrastructure
Experience hiring, managing, and scaling marketing teams
Strategic thinker with strong execution skills — comfortable doing the work yourself
Data-driven, analytical, and performance-oriented
Ability to operate independently, take ownership, and make decisions
Nice to have
Experience in online media, performance-driven environments, or digital platforms
Background in fast-growing or startup-like environments
